Job Summary and Qualifications The Accelerated Technologies Innovation and Architecture team seeks a product expert to bridge the business-technology gap. You'll own the entire lifecycle of new enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, working with development teams to evaluate solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing Tier 2 support. This includes building a deep understanding of custom-developed applications, their features, functionality, and user application. You'll be a key communicator, facilitating clear understanding of technology decisions and ensuring alignment with business goals. Furthermore, you'll leverage your expertise to independently resolve product issues, fostering strong relationships with business partners and product users to continuously learn usage patterns, and contribute your product knowledge to trainers, documenters, testers, and developers. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with a strong grasp of technology who can bridge the gap between technical and business audiences. Major Responsibilities: Product Support * Supports the efforts in all matters related to portfolio-based new products, development and functionality for enterprise applications * Create, maintain and update product and development information and act as an expert internally and externally supported by development * Assist in identification, documentation and evaluation of business needs and development efforts * Work with product development teams or vendors to understand solution feasibility and limitations, architecture and limitations * Provides Tier 2 product support of assigned applications * Supports operational applications within the business and other IT areas by providing status and recommending solutions * Manage and communication business implications of technology decisions and ensuring appropriate approval of those changes to ensure solutions achieve desired results * Assist management in prioritization of work efforts/tasks and ensuring risks are communicated appropriately * Participate in strategic design, construction and implementation of solutions in the development portfolio * Communication/Documentation * Responsible for communicating via multiple media, including but not limited to WebEx conference calls, in person participation and via written documentation across audiences with varying levels of technical expertise * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within and outside the organization * Committed to documenting all detailed requirements, user stories for all things necessary during product development lifecycle and discovery Other * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team * Experience with change management policy and procedures * Experience working with diverse and complex projects * Demonstrated experience in establishing and strengthening relationships * Detail oriented and analytical with organization skills * Meets or exceeds project deadlines * Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing environment * Strong problem and issue resolution skills * Highly motivated and able to work independently with little supervision * Flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities * Experience with business/functional requirement writing preferred * Performs other duties as assigned * Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."
