Strong visa candidates might work. * Have to understand business process dissection * How do you extract data from people * Open to strong BA with some risk experience would be ideal candidate * No Jira/Confluence needed * Agile/Scrum experience yes * Background in user experience Pay Range: $60 - $65 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Qualifications * 5+ years experience on a project delivery team in an agile environment, optimally as a member of a Scrum Team * 5+ years experience and demonstrated understanding of both the business and technical requirements and constraints relative to a teams backlog of stories * 3+ years experience in financial services industry * Ability to operate as a member of a self organizing scrum team with a limited level of direct supervision * Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skill * Demonstrated experience solving complex problems, leading with a growth mindset * Demonstrated ability to communicate in a variety of methods across multiple levels within the organization * Agile certifications a plus * BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
