IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: * Use analytical skills to develop and enhance unique propriety business tools that drive optimization and consolidation of agent partner business * Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs * Assists in the developing tools, processes and reporting analytics in support of business growth and needs * Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently * Develop data and reports for field and customers to articulate value to agent partners and customers * Provide accurate analytical support to team ensuring results are validated and accurate * Summarize information and effectively communicate analyses in writing and verbally to internal partners * Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving business environment WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: * Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher * Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program * Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future * 0-2 years of professional working experience * Experience with PowerBI, Excel, SQL preferred * Demonstrates initiative, creativity and analytical skills * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions * Self-motivated and organized * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Understands commonly employed techniques for quantitative analysis * Able to work independently with guidance and direction as appropriate * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously EEO statement: The Hanover values diversity in the workplace and among our customers.
