Job Description/Preferred Qualifications * Seeking algorithm engineer with experience in C/C++ and alike programming languages (Python, MATLAB, etc.) in the field of computational algorithm development for efficient and robust implementation for real use cases. The successful candidate will be a technical contributor on our computational lithography software development team working on challenging problems in the semiconductor lithography domain with implementations in high volume manufacturing. * Experience and proven ability to provide software solutions in a scientific environment is essential. Candidate must bring a high level of energy and a willingness to work within KLA's software development practices, bring a good attitude and be willing to work with other software professionals in a fast paced and energetic team environment. * Job duties will include: developing and implementing highly efficient and robust algorithms and data processing routines, developing software requirements from marketing requirements, developing detailed software designs, developing production code including both front end GUI and backend algorithms, developing unit tests and integrated test cases, and maintaining released products.
