ICF is seeking a Health IT Business Analyst Intern to join our teams remotely in Summer 2025. This is a full-time, 10-week internship that begins in early June 2025. Work may be done remotely from any U.S. location.  At this time, we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance for this internship. What you'll be doing: * Shadow the Scrum Master, Product Owner and development teams to provide wide ranging support, such as refinement of requirements * Provide support to developers by gathering and or clarifying information and reporting requirements from product and business owners * Support development of custom reports and data visualization products What you must have: * Currently completing bachelor's degree with a graduation date after August 2025 * Must be US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder). Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust Clearance due to Government Contract, which requires US Citizenship or permanent lawful residence (Green Card) What we'd like you to have: * Direct experience (such as volunteer work) with a major healthcare provider, such as a hospital * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Slack for team collaboration and communication * Hands-on experience interacting with patients and health professionals * Hands-on experience with health-related forms, such as provider census * Familiarity with the software development cycle paired with an ability to define/document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives * Experience working at or interning at a major software services company * Ability to work directly with the product/business owners and ICF subject matter experts to translate business and data needs into technical requirements * Direct experience previously shadowing a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner * Direct experience working on an Agile development team in a large-scale program (25+ FTEs) * Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Slack for team collaboration and communication Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $32,591.00 - $55,405.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
