Essential Job Functions: * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in residential, commercial, and industrial settings * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics * Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues * Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to electrical codes and regulations * Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure successful project completion * Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns * Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects * Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices * Mentor and provide guidance to Apprentices Requirements: * Preferred 5+ years experience * Completed electrician apprenticeship * Proficiency with the National Electrical Code and local codes * Valid driver's license * Ability to read blueprints * Valid Electrician's State License What we offer: * Competitive compensation * 100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents * 100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents * 401k with 3% company match * Overtime after 8 hours * PTO and vacation time * And much more!
