Required Qualifications: * Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, or equivalent education/experience. * Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. * National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. * National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire. * National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. * National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
