Now we are looking for a Junior Visual Designer to join our team at Globant! * Junior resource to help create digital communications for broader Global IT and Business audience for purposes of quarterly town hall presentations, powerpoints, internal newsletters. * Provide visual storytelling and content creation for assigned initiatives. * Collaborate with technical teams to create digital communications such as PowerPoint presentations, Canva videos and newsletter creation. * Provide written content for distribution to the organization. * Advance the practice of storytelling within the organization, written, verbal, and visual. * Manage small projects related to communications, including the creation and execution of project, communication, and change plans. * Enable individual and organizational change by: Acting as a change steward by encouraging and adopting new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions. * Continuously capture, apply, and share best practices and lessons learned.
