Responsibilities Provides evaluation of and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies consistent with student scope of practice. * Administer medications and treatments based on patient outcomes, under appropriate supervision. * Deliver and assesses patient response to ordered therapy. * Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition. * Provide patient education for diseases, medications, and treatment. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Required Credential(s): * BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. * Provisional Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: * High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
