Job Summary & Responsibilities * Supervise an experienced Software QA department. * Augment software testing capacity by performing software testing functions as needed. * Develop quality standards and metrics. * Plan and coordinate automated testing activities. * Define and coordinate regression test plans. * Work with software development team to develop procedures for software acceptance testing. * Work with technical publication department to produce and update software user guides and release notes. * Plan and coordinate workloads for software test engineers. * Work with software department head to plan software releases. Qualifications * BS or equivalent degree in a technical field. * 7+ years of experience performing a software QA function. * 3+ years supervisory experience preferred. * Experience with software management tools such as Azure DevOps * Experience with automated software testing is highly desirable. * Semiconductor equipment experience is a plus. * Good planning communication skills. * Good management and team building skills. * Travel if based in Wilmington up to 25%. Travel if based in Bloomington, up to 10%.
