Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Employee Benefits * Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases * Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits * Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one * Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training * Access to discounted student tuition through the University of California, Santa Barbara's (UCSB) BCBA program and other university affiliations Job Duties * Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. * Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors. * Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. * 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
