Job Overview & Responsibilities The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process supporting technical and non-technical roles within our organization. You will focus on talent sourcing, developing, and maintaining a robust network of candidates for current and future openings, using various sourcing methods and tools. You will negotiate job offers with the candidates and create offer letters for the hiring and onboarding processes. The Senior Recruiter works in close collaboration with hiring managers and internal HR staff to execute these processes. Hybrid work environment and in office Tues/Thur. Duties and Responsibilities: * Mentor and guide more junior recruiting staff. * Participate in recruiting training activities, including training new recruiting staff. * Take on and/or lead internal talent acquisition projects and programs. * Collaborate with hiring managers on assigned job requisitions to understand the job requirements, identify sourcing strategies and confirm the interview process * Perform searches to identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool, using resources such as the company's applicant tracking system (ATS), networking, internet recruiting resources, social media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals * Source and screen candidates to determine whether their qualifications match the job requirements * Select qualified candidates to refer to hiring managers and coordinate interviews. * Negotiate and generate offer letters and associated hiring documents using an electronic signature tool * Manage the candidate experience and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process * Track and maintain candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) * Request background checks on job applicants * Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs, including developing a pool of candidates and networking for common skill areas. * Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the industry community and marketplace. * Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs. * Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Other Duties Perform all other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. * 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on candidate generation in a complex and competitive market. * Demonstrated ability with Applicant Tracking Systems and other hiring databases; knowledge of iCIMS is a plus * Technical and/or sales recruiting experience preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs): * Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Time Sensitive * Cold Calling * Active Listening * Customer /Client Focus * Judgment and Decision Making * Negotiation * Complex Problem Solving * Critical Evaluation * Relationship Building and Management * Self-Motivated * Perform in a fast pace / high pressure environment * Communication Proficiency Company Overview Why work at Mythics?
