Job Description * As a Senior Risk Analyst, work with the Issue Owners and Risk/Issue Managers to be a Risk Partner by documenting and tracking issue and risk remediations. * Ability to perform root cause analysis to determine underlying issue * Provide input to process improvement and digital transformation for all Enterprise Risk and Issue Management processes * Leverage dashboards for issue analytics and reporting * Assist in compilation and creation of various management reports * Establish and maintain strong relationships with our business units * Invest in the various business units and their primary functions to help identify control gaps or weaknesses and risks * Inform Risk and Issue Managers of possible escalations promptly * Perform other duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities as required or assigned Qualifications * 2+ years prior work experience in a SaaS/Cloud company * Direct and recent work experience with any of the following compliance programs/frameworks: ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SSAE16, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI, COSO, NIST, COBIT * Prior experience with GRC systems preferred * Creative approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment * Excellent report writing skills, ability to prepare reports and associated metrics * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Self-starter * Prior experience with Security Information Management systems or Cloud systems preferred * Preferred working knowledge of ServiceNow platform * Proficient in Business process workflow creation preferred * Audit experience preferred Additional Information ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
