At Cumulus Knoxville we are Home of the Tennessee Volunteers and are located near downtown Knoxville. CUMULUS | Knoxville, TN has an opening for a Content Facilitator/Primary Fill-in talent/ Production Assistant, Cumulus Knoxville stations (WIVK-FM, WOKI-FM, WNML-FM/AM) (the "Station.") Employee shall perform the customary duties of this position, including the following non-exclusive duties, as determined and directed by the Company from time to time: overseeing all aspects of commercial production and imaging for the Station, including producing audio imaging, writing copy for on-air broadcast, and production on-air promotions; writing and producing creative imaging, producing and voicing quality commercials for broadcast on the Station; assisting with various shows in the realm of special production elements; organizing and maintaining production files; working in conjunction with the Station's Program Directors, on-air talent, and sales representatives to create and produce spec spots in a timely manner; performing other duties as may be required to program, operate and run the station and be adequately prepared for job duties including serving as primary host back-up on WIVK-FM; engaging in social media activities, posting social media content, including on behalf of (and with regard to the promotion of) Company clients, and completing other social media duties related to Station promotions and events, the Station's website and the programs with regard to which the Employee provides Services, all as directed by the Company and other duties related to the Station's website; performing all duties and technical operations required of Program Directors and/or on-air personalities at the Station and/or by the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") regulations; assuming and carrying out responsibilities as director of special programming. In addition, Employee shall render all artistic, creative, and professional services for the Company and for the Station, including, without limitation, for the production of programming on behalf of the Company and the Station. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Employee shall be reasonably available to attend staff meetings and production conferences and be available for public and private personal appearances, interviews, publicity photographs, and promotional appearances, all as directed by Company management. Employee agrees and acknowledges that the Company retains sole discretion to change the scope and extent of Employee's duties at any time, in writing or otherwise.
