Job Summary: We are seeking an emerging Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Director and will work closely with the Web Production Specialist, Content Marketing Specialist, and Email Marketing Specialist to design, coordinate, and support various marketing campaigns to create and maintain a cohesive, impactful brand presence. This role will focus on assisting the digital marketing team with various tasks, including copywriting, content creation, and project coordination to meet deadlines and support both department and company goals. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the event marketing and sales departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a talented writer and self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively as well as to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Support * Support content creation and distribution across various digital platforms and marketing channels * Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team * Contribute ideas for new content and marketing initiatives * Assist in market research and competitive analysis as needed * Co-lead social media community management efforts * Bolster maintenance and upkeep of the company website * Aid with email campaign conception/execution and list management * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of digital marketing calendars * Strengthen marketing efforts by developing compelling copy for various digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials * Contribute to the writing and editing of blog posts, articles, and other long-form content * Collaborate with all members of the marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels 2. Project Management and Coordination * Serve as the central point of contact for marketing projects on the digital team, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are properly assigned/prioritized * Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with company-wide initiatives * Maintain and update project management tools and schedules * Help facilitate team meetings, taking and distributing notes and following up with the appropriate action items as needed * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts * Support the team in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)? * 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or a related role * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Dependability and goal-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A naturally persuasive communicator with the ability to influence without authority and a knack for rallying others around objectives * Attention to detail and problem-solving proficiency * An inherently curious mindset, focused on identifying what's working and what's not and pivoting as necessary?? * An eye for the creative * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with project management tools (Monday.com a huge plus.
