The Board of Benton County Commissioners has one vacancy for the Benton County Water Conservancy Board.  Members are appointed to six-year terms. The position requires multiple years of experience in water resources management and a demonstrated knowledge in implementing the state's water code, at the administrative and litigation levels.  The position should have demonstrated direct involvement in implementing water right change/transfers for multiple change requests and water marketing conditions.
