Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Job Description Scope: * Responsible for planning out processes for production, test and inspection of printed circuit boards within the facility, handles design for manufacturability issues internally and with the customer. Duties and Responsibilities: * Reviews customer data packages, including drawings, specifications, and quality requirements, and generates instructive packages for CAM and manufacturing. * Communicates directly with the customer when there are upfront concerns regarding design for manufacturability, offers options for improvement. * Works with manufacturing and quality to resolve issues that may arise during the build and/or inspection and test processes. * Maintains and controls customer and government documentation, and interacts with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering regarding nonstandard products and processes. * Communicates regularly with Managers and Supervisors, suggests and composes procedural changes, maintains a clean, safe work environment and communicates to Supervisors safety hazards and issues. Two year Associates Degree in a technical field and/or significant experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment. * Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred; prior multi-site work experience with 500+ employees a plus. * Incumbent must be detail oriented and able to communicate verbally and in written documentation. * Mechanical aptitude preferred. * Must have an excellent background in Microsoft Office-(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy work load while meeting critical deadlines. * Able to respond outside of normal working hours * Must be able to adapt and be comfortable with continuous process improvements and a change culture. * Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately; to organize facts and figures; apply basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages. * Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position. * Sensitivity to confidential information is required * Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Education and Experience: Education: * High school diploma or GED is required. Preferred Experience: * Two year Associates Degree in a technical field and/or significant experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment. * Prior administrative experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred; prior multi-site work experience with 500+ employees a plus. Compensation and Benefits: TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations. Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
