As a US CS Portfolio Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery and execution of projects in order to meet operational objectives and to support the US Customer Support Organization and accomplish ASML business priorities and customer commitments. Role and responsibilities The Program Manager role resides within the US regional support organization. The key responsibilities of this role are listed below: * Responsible for preparing successful implementation plans and/or deployments to a site and ensure issues are removed or escalated in a timely fashion * Ensure project teams are initiated and prepared for project activities, help set them up for success from the beginning * Ensure leaders and regional champions are aligned by means of management reporting and regular interaction, with support of the project sponsors, key stakeholders, and input from site leaders * Provide updates on progress of project activities, removing barriers and escalating issues as needed * Ensure project teams follow project plan, processes and methodologies * Ensure all program/project solutions are assessed on safety and in such drive towards a culture of safety first * Ensure that you are the representative towards both; the operational teams within the region (your customers) and the CS central teams at headquarters - a key aspect to success for you is to keep the various stakeholders informed and aligned * Provide clear progress reporting as our team is responsible for programs and projects within the region from intake till closure * Optimize communication with continental and international co-operation * Implement and improve policies, processes, data base management and administrative control within the region * Oversee processes, guide initiatives and steer the project team members toward the achievement of goals * Provide analytics and utilize problem-solving techniques * Observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work * Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements * Deliver results through ownership and accountability * Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with manager, co-workers and customer Education and experience * Position requires a BS degree, preferably in an engineering field or management, or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of experience in Leadership positions is preferred. * Experience managing Programs and Projects is required - Project Management certification preferred. Other information This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Role within Office Responsibilities: * Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus. * Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. * May require travel dependent on business needs. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. * The environment generally is moderate in temperature and noise level. Additional Information: * Position requires up to 25% travel, and the willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Valid driver's license and passport required. * Ability to travel in US and internationally.
