What we are looking for: indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team in either Jaguar Land Rover Riverside or one of our dealerships at Desert European Motorcars in Rancho Mirage. This job requires a dynamic, service-oriented marketer who is highly organized, articulate, and experienced in supporting marketing programs. Collaborating with the marketing team, agency, and store leaders will be imperative as you will be working cross-functionally with teams in creative, content creation, eCommerce, traditional marketing, and digital marketing. This role will require a hands-on approach so you can make your market successful in all forms of marketing. This is what we offer: * Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment * Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment * Comprehensive insurance plans * 401(k) plus match * Paid vacation days, sick days, and holidays Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: * Serve as the on-site day-to-day contact for the agency, regional manufacturing marketing reps, executive team, President, and CEO. * Manage the Content Creator and Inventory Photography Specialists to ensure all deliverables are met. * Coordinate all store-level marketing campaigns, from planning to campaign execution, campaign objectives, and expectations, campaign recaps, and more. * Lead all events and aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of materials, and budget tracking. * Track all social media calendars and content to be approved to go live. * Identify and develop opportunities for customer ownership activation through promotions, community sponsorship, and events. * Organize off-site vehicle display contract obligations, signage requirements, and logistics. * Coordinate any on-site PR opportunity logistics such as cars for editorial test drives, photoshoots, etc. * Complete requests for orders on internal sales marketing materials; including RS stickers, license plate frames, license plate inserts, keysets, envelopes, stationery, etc. * Coordinate all team apparel and apparel for client gifting. * Obtain and maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers. * Work with Marketing Administrator to ensure the monthly budget is aligned with plan and complete end-of-month monthly budget/coop reviews with the management team. * Maintain communication with internal team and agency throughout the month on the marketing campaign status and current work-in-progress to ensure deadlines are met. * Attend monthly meetings with GMs and team to review the prior months successes/challenges, review new programs and opportunities for the next month, and set 30-day outcomes, goals, and campaign messaging/strategy. This opportunity is for you if you have: * 1-3 years of Marketing experience preferred * Luxury goods marketing experience is strongly preferred * Positive attitude * Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail * A clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality * Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check * Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Pay range for this role is: $25.00 /per hour This job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
