Responsibilities: * Periodically report to leadership regarding automation capabilities and status * Ensure new equipment meets the Valeo's global equipment specification with regards to controls and robotics * Responsible for maintaining, programing, and troubleshooting injection automation such as end of arm tooling, bowl feeder, and over molding equipment * Perform preventative maintenance for injection automation * Develop and implement modifications and improvements related to TRP, cycle time, and downtime * Assist with the development of training material to train technicians Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in robotics and production automation * Degree in mechanical engineering, robotics or related technical field- preferred * 3+ years of experience in maintenance with end of arm tooling * 3+ years of experience in programing * Basic electrical experience * Knowledge of controls equipment and software Job: Process/ManufEngineering Engineer/Technician Organization: Projects - J Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2024-05-23 Join Us !
