Job Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Director of Academic Partnerships and Engagement, the Jobs for America's Graduates - South Carolina (JAG-SC) Data Coordinator plays a critical role in JAG-SC's ability to deliver and communicate value and impact using data and systems. The Data Coordinator will monitor data consistency and quality and assess ongoing data management needs based on changing technology, workplace evolution or organizational demands. This role oversees the accuracy of data entry from JAG-SC Specialists into the JAGForce data system. This role includes data analysis and has a strong focus on ensuring data alignment to the JAG Model Components and Standards and JAG's strategic plan. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one technical assistance to JAG-SC Specialists, maintaining an annual reporting calendar, creating timely reports for various stakeholders, and identifying training needs. The Data Coordinator will be the subject matter expert on computer platforms utilized and supported by National JAG, such as JAGForce, JAGenius and Headrush. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience. Successful candidates will be an energetic self-starter with strong attention to detail, demonstrate effective written and oral communication and organizational skills, the ability to relate well with a diverse range of people and values, and demonstrate skills necessary to manage activities and performance from a distance. Proficiency is required in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience and strong knowledge of JAG's database system including JAGForce, HeadRush, and JAGenius.
