The Company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL. Position covers Morning and PM shifts and has rotating days off. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laundry services, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Laundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will manage a team of laundry attendants, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that all equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Your role will also involve monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising on quality. You will be expected to train new staff, conduct performance evaluations, and address any issues that may arise in the laundry operations. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
