The position of Senior Recruiter is critical to source and acquire top talent including candidate management to achieve the people plan and growth of the company, as well as ensuring timely staffing of assigned positions. RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate Screening (40%) * Persistently follow staffing and selection process to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates * Thoroughly review applications to identify candidates who best meet eligibility requirements * Engagingly pre-screen candidates by phone and in person as appropriate * Accurately document pre-screens for the hiring manager to review * Communication/Relationships (20%) * Enthusiastically ensure timely communication with applicants * Carefully review the intake form with hiring managers * Collaboratively interact with hiring managers * Intentionally develop relationships with hiring managers to determine appropriate job posting requirements and work with them to fill requisitions Job Management (15%) * Consistently post and close job openings * Proactively own ATS function - job boards, LinkedIn, etc. Administration (10%) * Confidently schedule interviews with hiring managers * Diligently track all company employee referrals * Efficiently maintain an accurate and updated spreadsheet with applicant status in hiring process Assessment/Tool Management (5%) * Comprehensively understand and utilize Predictive Index - comparison of assessment, comparing assessment and position profile, pulling behavioral interview questions for hiring managers * Consistently administer pre-employment PI assessment * Confidently administer reference check as needed Sourcing & Networking (5%) * Energetically attend job fairs and trade shows * Consistently leverage internal and external sourcing channels to ensure that diverse applicant pools are presented to hiring managers * Deliberately foster relationships with external sources to ensure a talent pipeline in place for hiring managers * Purposely identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key candidate sources including (but not limited to) online search, external job postings, ads, educational institutions, employment agencies, and search firms Special Projects (5%) * Actively participate in quarterly/yearly strategic planning * Intently coordinate and facilitate weekly field recruitment meetings and attend other meetings as requested by Head of Talent Acquisition Text QUALIFICATIONS * Clear, effective communications skills - both written and verbal * Strong consulting skills and enthusiastic participation in team environment * Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks * Independent and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking * Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization * Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers * Proficient in using basic office equipment * Mastery of entire Microsoft Suite plus Internet and email * Knowledge of ATS systems * Capable of utilizing Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. * Good conflict management skills, ability to deal with diverse people/situations * Ability to investigate, gather information, and be self-sufficient * A high school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree in related field, or a combination fo education and related experience * 4 years min of recruiting experience SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday LOCATION: On-site SALARY: Salary Exempt BENEFITS * Medical * Dental * Vision * Short- & long-term disability * Accrued PTO * Paid holidays * 401(K) * Profit sharing * Weekly pay, 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision * Indoor office setting * Moderately noisy environment with light traffic, office equipment, and guest entrance * No travel required It's time to join the team at R.T.
