Days: 6:30am-7:00pm (Rotating Days)

Nights: 6:30pm-7:00am (Rotating Nights)

Pay: $20-$21.75 Depending on Shift

We are seeking a skilled Blow mold Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. As a critical part of our production line, your work will ensure that we meet our production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. You will work with various types of machinery and will need to be proficient in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting equipment for optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure efficiency and consistency in production processes.

• Operate blow molding machinery and ensure production schedules are met.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal performance and quality.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and report daily operations to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and reduce downtime.
