Your Role In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:00 am - 9:00 am. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers. Your Responsibilities * Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies * Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members * Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) * Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors * Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time * Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory * Implement continuous improvement action plans * Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed Your Skills and Experiences * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be a U.S. citizen * 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment * 2 or more years in a supervisory role * Must have a valid driver's license * Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
