Pay: $16 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with occasional Fridays) Job Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain sewing machines and related components, such as pattern plates, needles, presser feet, and automatic cutting tools. * Read and interpret work orders, making necessary adjustments to machines and materials, including selecting fabric, thread, and needles, and mounting attachments. * Inspect and repair finished products, adjusting machines to resolve errors or quality issues. * Attach hooks and other trimmings to sewn pieces according to work order specifications. * Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed. * Meet or exceed daily and weekly output and quality targets. * Assist on the production floor when sewing orders are completed. Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience operating a sewing machine.
