Position Overview We are seeking a strategically minded Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. This role offers a unique blend of business analysis, application support, and user experience enhancement, with a focus on G&A applications and Clinical development systems. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering * Collaborate with stakeholders in G&A departments and Clinical Development to understand business needs, identify pain points and translate them into actionable requirements * Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovations through technology solutions * Create user stories, process flows, and other documentation to effectively communicate business needs to technical teams and implementation partners Application Support and User Experience * Provide strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders for key G&A and Clinical Development applications, including: * NetSuite (ERP) * Coupa (Procurement) * Medidata (Clinical trial management) * Wingspan (eTMF) * Dotcompliance (Quality management) * Paylocity (HRIS) * Greenhouse (ATS) * Act as the primary liaison between end-users and IT, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and escalating complex challenges to implementation partners for additional technical support * Develop and deliver user training and documentation to enhance system adoption and user satisfaction * Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring the alignment with the evolving business needs Project Coordination and Partner Management * Coordinate with external implementation partners and vendors for system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and complex issue resolution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for IT initiatives employing best practices in project management. * Facilitate communication between business units, IT team, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes. Business Process Optimization * Analyze current workflows and suggest process improvements leveraging existing systems * Collaborate with stakeholders to map out future state processes and identify technology needs to support company's growth and strategic objectives * Assist in change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems minimizing disruptions and maximizing users' buy-in.
