Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth What We Need Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Executive line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key product and revenue initiatives designed to grow our Lodging solutions business by double-digit revenue growth each year. The person for this role will be a self-starter with outstanding strategic vision, deep analytical capabilities, executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. You will report directly to the Group President and regularly collaborate with senior executives across the Lodging division and Corpay's other line of business to lead business transformation projects and drive critical growth initiatives. How We Work As a Senior Vice President, Strategy & Growth, you will be expected to work in an onsite environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Assigned workspace in Atlanta, GA * Company-issued equipment * Formal, hands-on training * Monthly home internet stipend Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: * Working with senior leadership to formulate a comprehensive and disciplined overarching strategy to achieve double-digit top-line growth for CORPAY's Lodging division within the rapidly evolving business travel and payments universe * Identifying priority areas of opportunity, and developing and implementing strategic solutions and execution plans to capture the opportunities * Building and owning Plans to include entering into new market segments, launching new product offers, increasing revenue from existing customers through cross-selling,ing and increasing share of wallet initiatives * Leading work to outline the optimized approach using build / buy / partner growth strategies * Using financial modeling and data/analytics to develop insights and identify incremental revenue opportunities * Partnering with the Corporate M&A team on deal due identification, due diligence, and execution, and leading the post-merger integration and synergy execution workstreams * Preparing concise and persuasive presentation materials and being comfortable leading discussions and working sessions with CORPAY Senior Executives (CEO / C-Suite Executives, Lodging Group Presidents, GMs, and other Lodging Leaders) * Leading, inspiring, and continuing to develop the existing Strategy and Growth team Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or quantitative discipline with outstanding academic performance required * Travel / Hospitality industry experience would be a plus, but not essential * Previous experience in strategy consulting is a plus * Experience leading growth projects that required regular interactions with C-level executives * Experience implementing process improvement initiatives for core processes requiring interaction and management of various teams * Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, and group dynamics, ability to manage through direct and indirect influence * Strategic visionary, analytical problem solver, innovative thinker, outstanding communicator * Strong financial management skills with the ability to develop and manage operational budgets, forecast financial performance and optimize resource allocation. * Experience in revenue management and profitability analysis to drive financial growth. * Confident and independent self-starter * Ability to strategize, design, and execute * Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills * Holds themselves to the highest standard and thrive in a demanding, high-paced work environment Benefits & Perks * Medical, Dental & Vision benefits are available the 1st month after the hire * Automatic enrollment into our 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements) * Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide * Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacations, sick, personal, & volunteer time * Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) * Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations * Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
