Job Responsibilities :
The Sr. Product Evangelist III (LSD) is responsible for Global product marketing and management of Razer accessories with focus on developing and executing marketing plans and business initiatives to achieve annual KPIs and fiscal targets. Manage aspects of the global accessories go-to-market process including marketing plan creation, campaign management, ordering samples, and budget tracking.
* Supported Product Lines:
* Products may include monitors, docks, hubs, skins, and other peripheral technology solutions.
* Global Go-to-Market Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive global go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and releases, ensuring consistency across regions.
* Collaborate with international product, sales, and marketing teams to align on key initiatives and adapt strategies for local markets.
* Define global market segments, assess regional market readiness, and tailor product messaging for diverse audiences.
* Product Positioning & Global Messaging:
* Craft compelling product narratives that communicate the unique value proposition for various global markets.
* Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure that messaging is culturally relevant and adapted for local markets, while maintaining a unified brand voice.
* Conduct global competitive analysis and market research to refine product positioning and differentiate from competitors in each region.
* Supports PR teams through participation and execution, able to effectively communicate with outside press and represent the product and company as required.
* Global Customer Insights & Market Research:
* Lead global customer research initiatives to gather insights from different regions, identifying key customer pain points and trends.
* Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes in various regions to inform global marketing strategies.
* Use both qualitative and quantitative data from different regions to continuously optimize product messaging and offerings.
* Global Sales Enablement:
* Develop globally applicable sales tools, presentations, and collateral to ensure consistent communication of product benefits.
* Provide regional sales and customer success teams with tailored training and resources that align with local market needs.
* Work with global sales leadership to refine global and regional sales strategies and ensure successful execution.
* Develop the product pricing strategy and financial analysis for assigned product lines.
* Content Creation & Global Campaigns:
* Lead the creation of globally relevant strategy, content including assets, videos, and white papers, that support product marketing efforts.
* Partner with regional marketing teams to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption across various global regions.
* Ensure consistent product branding across all global marketing efforts, while allowing for necessary localization.
* Cross-Functional & International Collaboration:
* Serve as a key liaison between product, marketing, sales, and regional teams to align product marketing strategies globally.
* Foster strong relationships with regional teams to ensure that global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in local markets.
* Lead the global coordination of product marketing activities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and international market trends.
* Gathers input from various sources (market, press, customers, forums, etc.) to drive feedback of business and market requirements into product planning process to help shape platform roadmap.
* Works with outside vendors and strategic partners to drive initiatives and actions that help support overall product and business initiatives.
* Other duties as assigned.
Pre-Requisites :
Salary Ranges (per annum):
$101,826.00 - $169,710.00
