Position Description The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is the head of our digital marketing team. We're looking for someone who can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, who knows how to best use our digital properties, and who can implement first-rate marketing strategies to maximize our digital experience. You will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience (UX) of the website. You will be a team player who provides feedback to staff on opportunities to develop and refine processes. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to map output back to the bigger picture and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Development. You know how to measure incrementality and drive efficiency. You have a curious, creative, and analytical mindset and enjoy creative innovative campaigns, solving interesting challenges, and diving deep into performance. This role is critical to engaging and acquiring new customers, driving revenue, and scaling growth. . Responsibilities * Utilize the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the websites, including building new landing pages. * Analyze website activity to identify opportunities for conversion or improved traffic flow. * Define success metrics and KPIs, create reports, and develop and explore new analytics to optimize site performance and usage. * Maintain an up-to-date, expert-level understanding of the latest industry trends, guidelines, and algorithm changes. * Raise requests to the development team and manage UAT reviews. Education/Experience * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * 7 years of work experience as a website manager. * Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC). * Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. * Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL, and JavaScript. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools. * Proficiency in implementing and managing robust tracking systems to monitor and analyze digital metrics, focusing on data-driven decision-making. * In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices. * Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc. * Excellent analytical and presentation skills * Good work ethics and detailed-oriented project management * Strong analytics skills, including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, conversion tracking, and Tag Manager. * Ability to influence, lead, and collaborate with peers and remote groups to produce desired results. * Ability to work independently with in-person as well as remote managers and peers. Location: Augusta, GA or Charlotte, NC Travel: 10%
