The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will lead a team responsible for all the Automation testing efforts across multiple divisions at Sherwin-Williams. This position requires an individual who is passionate and determined to deliver the best leadership, communication, and solutions by aligning all the assets within the program to deliver maximum business value. The incumbent must possess the ability to make complex decisions, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and has the strong desire for excellence will do well in this role. This role will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will have a broad range of technical knowledge, will manage a team that supports multiple initiatives, and will provide consultative technical leadership across the organization; from strategic decision making, to project planning, to governance and oversight. This position will work closely with others to share knowledge of the testing process & standards via collaborative meetings, documentation, and formal presentations. The QA Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA Testers, Auditors, Help Desk Coordinators, 2nd Level support, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure that software is delivered on time and meets specification.
