Key Requirements and Technology Experience: * Responsible for leading research, conducting trials/experiments, gathering data and reporting findings on assignments/projects that are moderately complex. * Performs a variety of duties requiring the application of technical knowledge using established processes/protocols. * Independently plans, prioritizes, and executes work making basic technical decisions independently * Often responsible for training and/or coaching other permanent or temp employees. * They will be running tests on moisture, salt and oil for tortillas and pretzels * They will be expected to lift ingredients up to 50 lbs - nothing over * They will be standing in the role a majority of the time * Analytical thinking also a must - they will be using basic MS Office Suite - outlook, excel, etc Our client is a leading Food and Beverages Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
