Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Work: * Create a healthy, engaging, typical home for individuals with mental illness * Supervise all aspects of program operations including the physical site, budgeting, staff, and individuals supported * Assist in the development and implementation of the comprehensive care for all individuals in services and ensure appropriate implementation of these plans and quality services are provided * Manage and mentor program staff including scheduling, timesheets, performance evaluation, and training * Adhere to all licensing, federal, state, and local regulations * Support individuals to become independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life with valued social roles (ex: friend, neighbor, student, employee) * Provide coverage and on-call support on a rotating basis as needed The Perks: * $23.00/hour * Knowing you make a difference everyday * Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more * Generous paid time off program * Extensive training and learning opportunities * Career development and advancement * Tuition reimbursement available per eligibility requirements Minimum Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 years of work experience in the human services field, preferably in mental health services * SCR programs ONLY: Current and valid Program Administrator Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employment * Ability to apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web based system * Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations * Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle * Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks Preferred Qualifications: * Supervisory experience strongly preferred Keystone Human Services is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or any other protected characteristic under federal, state or local law.
