Supervisory Organization: Off-Campus Student Programs (McKenna Fairbairn) Department: 5400 Federal Work Study, Overseas & Off-Campus Programs Dates of employment: 2024-09-09 * JOB PURPOSE: Support the staff, programs, and events of the Overseas & Off-Campus Programs Office. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while assisting individuals at the front desk, over the phone, and via email. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include, but are not limited to: * Answering the phone * Processing application materials * Answering students' questions pertaining to overseas programs and the application process * Helping the Assistant Director with events, such as Pio Fair and the Study Abroad Fair * Assisting staff with a wide variety of other administrative tasks and projects QUALIFICATIONS: * Demonstrated interest in the field of international education * Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain commitment throughout the academic year * Excellent customer service, leadership, organizational, and administrative skills * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of stakeholders, including students, staff, faculty, and parents APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Please include a resume and cover letter with your application.
