The position is primarily focused on transportation infrastructure projects and has a variety of designer, drafting and modeling opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities + Produce civil drawings and 3 dimensional models in Bentley InRoads/OpenRoads + Organizing and maintaining a digital file database for each project using Bentley ProjectWise software + Uses knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including 2D and 3D model development, completing design changes, general arrangement drawing production, redlining, plotting, and drafting using CAD platforms + Facilitating and ensuring the quality of the drawings and graphic work produced for the team + Communicating with other team members during the 3D model and plan production + Understanding ProjectWise file structures and modifications to files for exchanges with other team members + Creation of roadway alignments, profiles, templates and corridors + CAD surface and digital terrain modeling + Ensure CAD standards and styles, quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed during drawing planning and production + Work to meet project schedules Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials + Experience with civil infrastructure projects - roadway, utility, and rail projects highly desirable + Proficiency in Bentley InRoads/Open Roads + Strong attention to detail and presentation + Excellent interpersonal skills, with a "team player" approach to design and problem solving + Ability to work within a team, sharing workloads to meet deadlines + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products Education and Experience + Associates or Technical Degree + 5 years of CAD experience This position has flexible working arrangements for the right candidate that may include the option of remote, hybrid or in office options.
