The Inventory Analyst is responsible for developing inventory tracking reports, reviewing and maintaining system data integrity, and performing daily analytics to support inventory tactical and strategic goals. This role is also responsible to drive transactional system integrity and continuous improvement to master data management impacting the Planning processes. Essential Job Functions: * Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. * Track inventory segmentation levels and lead corrective actions to support Company targets. * Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions to address inventory transactional problems affecting system integrity. * Collaborate cross-functionally to update and maintain master data accuracy on part set ups. * Develop and document Inventory policies, processes and procedures in alignment to company's strategics and initiatives. * Full understanding of ERP functionality in the following modules: Inventory, WiP, Order Management, and Supply Chain Planner * Working knowledge of Micro-soft platforms including: Word, Excel, Power BI, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Yammer * Support Corporate and Manufacturing Planning with ISO/WiP maintenance on sourcing changes and communicates FG inventory level modifications. * Support End of Life and New Product Introduction activities for successful cost management. Candidate Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field. * A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management process and procedures, and forecasting techniques. * An analytical mind with strong attention to detail. * Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Ability to work independently without the need for supervision. * Experience working in Oracle ERP. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
