Summary NI, Emerson's new 'Test and Measurement' Business Group, is looking for a talented Global Functional Manager in the field of Metrology/Calibration. The candidate will lead a team within Manufacturing Calibration Services and have outreach globally across the function to establish vision and strategy. The successful candidate will need to have a transformation mindset. Strong collaboration and influence skills are required to be able to work across an ecosystem of partner teams and business units within NI to drive our calibration services offerings and delivery approaches for an optimized customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Assessing current calibration approaches and offerings to drive transformations. * Representing Manufacturing Calibration Services needs now and in the future. * Influencing and onboarding new Calibration solutions into the Manufacturing Calibration Labs * Managing our Certified Calibration Center (CCC) Program. * Maintaining our A2LA ISO 17025 lab accreditation. * Identifying and driving strategic investments for calibration capacity or capability gains Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) * 7+ years of Engineering Manager experience * Experience with technical parameters and measurement analysis * Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives * Ability to drive change and impact influence without lines of formal authority * Interpersonal and leadership skills across multiple cultures in America, Europe and Asia.
