Smile Avenue Family Dentistry has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Manager to join our team. This full-time position is instrumental in managing our dental office's people and operations. Located at our primary office, this role is not eligible for remote work. As a key player in our organization, you will be at the heart of steering our workforce and promoting the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members and ensuring that our workplace embodies our values of professionalism and care.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Manage candidate screening, oversee job postings, and conduct interviews.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for all new hires, including benefits induction and integration into our systems.
- Function as a bridge between staff and leadership to resolve conflicts and manage employee relations.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement initiatives.
- Recognize and celebrate employee milestones and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Administer payroll operations through ADP, ensuring accuracy in timesheet management.
- Handle benefits administration, including enrollments in medical, life insurance, HSA, and 401k plans.
- Manage disability and unemployment claims, as well as track paid time off and leave requests.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records, including certifications and continuing education compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, benefits legislation, and organizational policies.
- Lead annual trainings focused on safety and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Proven ability as a proactive communicator who can build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrable organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Extensive expertise in human resources functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
