Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Engage in strategic planning and tactical implementation of data analytic activities. * Identify and recommend organization metrics to support project goals and develops improvement plans. * Manage the preparation of organization reports and analyses. * Manage activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, corrective actions, and continuing education initiatives. * Identify, develop, test, implement, and coordinate multiple decision support tools and creates opportunities for improvement in data acquisition and management. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Required Credential(s): * None Required. Education: * High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences * Functional Responsibilities to include: * Lead for developing and maintaining locally defined operational analytics and reporting capabilities * Lead local replication of system-level reports for enhanced, facility-specific analysis * Standardizes ad-hoc report request process and management * Additional cross-discipline analytics support to statewide Leadership as requested * Qualifications * Familiarity with systems/applications such as EPIC, KRONOS, PeopleSoft, Workforce Analytics preferred * Understanding of basic hospital and ambulatory operations preferred * Related experience within healthcare finance, analytics, decision support functions * Strong acumen and analytical skills * MBA/MHA or other advanced degree preferred Relocation Bonus: Up to $5,000 if eligible Why Join Our Team Ascension Wisconsin has been providing rewarding careers to healthcare professionals since 1848.
