Job Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 1st Compensation: $22.70/hr Benefits Information * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * Health and Wellness Incentives * Paid Vacation and Holidays * 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) * Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Tuition Reimbursement * Food Discounts * Annual Bonus Principal Accountabilities * Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and structures * Perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings as needed * Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including leaks and clogs * Conduct basic electrical repairs and maintenance * Perform pipe painting on the roof as necessary * Cover holes and repair damage to walls and other surfaces * Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Required Qualifications * Proven experience in maintenance and repairs, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting * Strong knowledge of troubleshooting plumbing systems * Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation * Ability to perform structural repairs to floors, walls, and ceilings * Experience with pipe painting and other roofing maintenance tasks * Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and reaching Preferred Qualifications * Basic understanding of electrical systems and repairs Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
