We Serve Across Various industries like Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Utilities, Chemical, Discrete & continuous manufacturing. The Work: * Utilize advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that uncover hidden value for our clients. * Design and execute detailed digital roadmaps to facilitate a smooth transition to an Analytics-driven future in asset management. * Possess a solid grasp of both the business and technical aspects of industrial software, integrating Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project delivery. * Create compelling business cases to drive technological and organizational progress. * Develop robust architectures, provide accurate estimates, and plan implementation strategies while evaluating various approaches. * Collaborate with and support small teams, promoting efficiency and responsiveness. Qualification Here's what you need: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience. Industrial or engineering degree is preferred * Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial asset management, focusing on Analytics-driven solutions and a comprehensive understanding of asset management concepts, including asset strategy development, predictive maintenance, asset criticality assessment, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, Enterprise Asset Management systems, work management best practices (work identification, planning, scheduling, and execution) and industrial data protocols. * Minimum 3 years of experience in 2 or 3 of the following industries:, Utilities/chemicals/oil-gas/energy, with expertise in consulting, systems integration, or solution architecture., along with a minimum 2 years of experience in Deal Shaping and Solution Planning, involving client value proposition creation, product/concept selling, pre-sales/solution architecting, and collaborative technology solutioning. * Proficiency in data analytics and machine learning techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing predictive maintenance and optimization solutions including relevant certifications in AI or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI/ML certifications) are desirable. Bonus Points if: * Experience in Agile development environments is preferred. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
