Our Service Writers ensure efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage orders. Responsibilities: + Open work request immediately upon receipt. + Close work request immediately upon completion of quality inspection. + Run and review reports as needed. + Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments. + Maintain vehicle information files. + Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service. + Arrange pick-up of outside repairs. Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred. + Strong data entry skills. + Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
