Physicians Mutual is hiring for a full time Digital Marketing Strategist in our eCommerce Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading activities in support of eCommerce operations. Establishes and implements the testing strategy to maximize results from campaigns initiated in the organization. Provides guidance, coordinates work activities, and resolves problems with internal and external customers as needed. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate conversion points and optimize user funnels. Research emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate. When it comes to digital strategy, do you have an innate curiosity that compels you to: * Explore creative ways to enhance the user experience? * Create testing strategies to maximize user intent? * Be inquisitive about how we can build and enhance a site to accomplish the goals of the organization? Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, user interface web design, communication or related field. * 5 -7 years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience is preferred. * HTML experience preferred. * In-depth experience with website analytics tools (specifically Google Analytics). * Insurance experience preferred. * Developing and tracking research needs and goals; defining research plans, e.g., applying research methods and conducting activities to best address research questions. * Designing and conducting research to support product initiatives and strengthen organizational objectives. * Documenting and presenting actionable research findings to a variety of audiences. * Collaborating with developers and internal sources to help them iteratively design solutions that satisfy project goals. * Articulate a clear and elevating User Experience research strategy and direction across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Ability to communicate complex ideas/issues in a manner that is easily understood by others. * Optimize and leverage resources across multiple projects and teams. * Work cross-functionally to align partners and stakeholders to project vision, mission and strategy. * Create and manage multivariate A/B tests through partnerships with our internal and external partners. * Using a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity. * Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. * Excellent organization, prioritization, problem solving and analytical skills. * Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. * Strong quantitative analytical skills. * Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams. * Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
