Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Skills Enhancement Center Lead for MQ-25 within Air Dominance in Berkeley, MO! As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Skill Enhancement team. You will maintain positive relationships with multi-function team leaders and drive a deep understanding of the One Boeing Production System principles and standards, production health, and problem solving. Position Responsibilities: * Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers * Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria * Analyzes and interprets data * Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk * Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives * Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans * Works under minimal direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Initial work location will be in St. Louis, MO, and will transition to Mascoutah, Illinois (Mid-America Airport) when the program relocates. Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * 5+ years of experience in Flight Operations * 5+ years of experience in a military or commercial aircraft environment * Experience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives * Experience leading a team or project, working independently and cross functionally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Bachelor's Degree or higher, equivalent work experience, or equivalent military experience * Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Typical Education / Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Travel: Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
