As the Investor Relations Manager - Family Offices at Xsolla, you will be instrumental in managing relationships with family offices, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and insurance companies. Your role is crucial for ensuring these investors receive timely and accurate information, fostering trust and confidence in our investment strategies. You will lead efforts to communicate our fund's performance effectively, prepare tailored investor communications, and coordinate investor meetings and events. By providing strategic insights based on market analysis, you will support our overall investor relations strategy and contribute to the success of our fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, Private Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager, or Client Relationship Manager for Family Offices. RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain strong relationships with family offices, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and insurance companies. * Act as the primary point of contact for family offices, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed investment information. * Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, presentations, and events to build and maintain investor confidence. * Prepare and distribute detailed investment information, performance reports, and other investor communications on a regular basis. * Ensure all investor communications are accurate, transparent, and comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Develop and present tailored reports and presentations to meet the specific needs of family offices. * Analyze market trends, investor feedback, and the competitive landscape to inform the investor relations strategy. * Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, legal, and finance, to gather and analyze data for investor reporting. * Provide strategic insights to senior management based on investor interactions and market analysis. * Organize and lead investor meetings, presentations, and events, including annual general meetings, investor days, and roadshows. * Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive investor experience. * Ensure all investor relations activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Maintain and update the investor relations database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of investor interactions. REQUIREMENTS * Strong background in investor relations, with specific experience managing family offices. * Background from top-tier bank with a large wealth management practice (Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, etc) * Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), investor relations platforms (e.g., Ipreo, Q4), and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg). * Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau). * Proven track record of successful investor engagement and relationship management. * Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and private equity fund structures. * Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. $125,000 - $155,000 a year At Xsolla, we are passionate about providing a conducive environment for our team to thrive personally and professionally.
