Position: Senior Executive Coordinator to the President and CEO Department: Executive Role Overview: The Senior Executive Coordinator will focus on maximizing the day-to-day productivity of the President and CEO, and the Executive Office. They will report to the President and CEO and rely on close, effective collaboration with the Chief of Staff to execute their responsibilities. By being at the center of the Executive Office, the Senior Executive Coordinator will have a bird's-eye view of the dynamic operations of one of the world's leading performing arts centers. What you'll get to do here: * Maintain the President's calendar through meticulous scheduling of requested appointments * Communicate with executive office staff regarding the President's calendar for planning and collaboration when necessary * Coordinate and confirm all aspects of internal and external meetings, including meeting space/agendas/catering and technical specifications as necessary * Coordinate meeting action items and follow up with the President and meeting participants * Prepare regular status reports for the President for meetings and agenda items * Field internal and external requests for the President and for the CoS, as needed * Manage correspondence on behalf of the President and for the CoS, as needed * Play a leadership role on the larger administrative team at LCPA by identifying opportunities for staff input and feedback discussions with the President * Oversee ad hoc special projects from inception through development, to implementation * Track departmental expenses, vacation/sick days, and other logistics for the Executive Office You'll be a fit if you bring: * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive * Established track record of success within a fast-paced executive office and the ability to seamlessly change course when required * Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to leverage relationship management skills to further organizational goals * Skilled in giving timely feedback both to colleagues and the President about work needs and approaches * Ability to work effectively within a team environment and handle various personality types and working styles * Strong customer service skills and the ability to make sound judgments about the President's priorities and needs * Work style that can integrate effectively within a team environment and handle various personality types and working styles * Superior interpersonal and written communication skills * Availability to work extended hours, including some evenings, as needed * Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience You'll be a great fit if you: * Are eager to use business and administrative support skills to facilitate the work of leadership and change * Are adept at complex calendar and inbox management using judgment and tact * Can juggle several urgent projects at once while keeping your eye on big-picture goals * Offer creative solutions to problems that are timely, cost-effective, and support the needs of the President's agenda and direction. * Have an interest in performing arts or arts administration * Have previous experience supporting executives in the C-Suite What is Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts?
