Responsibilities: * Assist with backend recruiting support with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience * Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, and other internal partners with a focus on scheduling interviews - coordinating calendars, managing travel and hotel arrangements, creating interview itineraries, and working within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Facilitate and review background checks in accordance with company guidelines * Build excitement and serve as candidates' primary point of contact, often being the first touch point with the company - offering a terrific opportunity to provide an excellent first impression and positive experience * Provide coverage of our Recruiting Center Front Desk, greeting candidates and hiring leaders who host interviews at our Corporate Des Moines campus Requirements: * Associate's degree (or equivalent); bachelor's degree preferred * 2 years of work experience required * 2+ years experience in a professional office environment: experience in a client/customer-facing role * Experience in scheduling in Outlook, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to learn new systems (ATS) and processes quickly, ask clarifying questions * Passion for helping others, friendly and professional, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Work Model: * On-Site * Monday - Friday * 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Interested and qualified candidates can contact Palmer Group at (515) 225-7000 or email resumes@thepalmergroup.com.
