Purpose: At Edible Brands, we are on a mission to bring joy and delight to our customers' everyday experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our brand's commitment to customer happiness. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of product managers, developers, and designers to transform insights from market analysis and customer feedback into innovative, user-centered designs. Your work will help shape the future of our eCommerce platform, ensuring that every interaction is as seamless and enjoyable as our products. Join us in creating digital experiences that make our customers' moments memorable and our brand a leader in the online retail space. Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday - Thursday, with work from home flexibility Fridays. Responsibilities: * Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, A/B testing and usability findings. * Audit and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, using wireframes, prototypes, and visual design tools. * Develop user personas, user scenarios, and user flows to facilitate design decisions. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly. * Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience. * Communicate design solutions to stakeholders using sketches, mockups, and other visual aids. * Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative. Requirements: * 3+ years of UI/UX experience specific to B2C/D2C eCommerce * A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision * Working knowledge of HTML and CSS * Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus * Proficiency in analyzing user data, A/B testing results, and usability findings to make informed design decisions that enhance user experience * Familiarity with front-end development principles and constraints, allowing for more effective collaboration with developers and ensuring design feasibility * Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams Essential Competencies: * You leverage consumer findings and industry trends to be the voice of the customer * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all design elements are pixel-perfect and consistent with the brand's visual identity and guidelines * Ability to deeply understand and empathize with users, ensuring that design solutions address their needs, pain points, and behaviors * Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions that improve user interaction and engagement with digital products What We Offer: * Strong team-oriented environment, emphasizing cross-functional partnerships * The stability and resources of an industry-leading company successfully operating for 25 years, with the agility and innovation of a startup, allowing you to make a significant impact and shape our future. * Growth & Development - Each team member has a visible and immediate impact on the business, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth as we scale in size and sophistication * Healthcare plans that include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K Plan, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, flexible spending account options and more * Paid time off, including sick days & holidays to support work-life balance We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer.
