As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that align with our brand's commitment to customer happiness. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of product managers, developers, and designers to transform insights from market analysis and customer feedback into innovative, user-centered designs. Your work will help shape the future of our eCommerce platform, ensuring that every interaction is as seamless and enjoyable as our products. Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday - Thursday, with work from home flexibility Fridays. Responsibilities: * Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, A/B testing and usability findings. * Audit and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, using wireframes, prototypes, and visual design tools. * Develop user personas, user scenarios, and user flows to facilitate design decisions. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctly. * Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experience. * Communicate design solutions to stakeholders using sketches, mockups, and other visual aids. * Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative.
