Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Part number creation and maintenance * Bill of material creation, configuration, and maintenance * ECR & ECN processing * Act as a technical resource for North American operations * Component drawing creation (2D and 3D as needed) * Communicate with corporate headquarters to resolve issues beyond the scope of U.S. Design Engineering * Define our product offerings via proposal drawings * Modify existing product for adaptation to customer specific applications * Create certified drawings and additional technical support documentation * Assist with establishing internal processing methodologies for repetitive orders * Other duties/projects as assigned Job Requirements: 1. Education: 2-year A.S. Degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent experience 2. Experience: Proficiency with AutoCAD Mechanical and 3D modeling experience required, Solidworks preferred Understanding of GD&T required Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel is preferred 3. Skills and Key Attributes: Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills Able to effectively work in a team environment as well as individually Able to communicate with both internal and external customers clearly and efficiently Strong technical skills 4. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk for up to 10 hours per day.
