Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Home Infusion RN to join our team in Lexington, KY Evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the home environment and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing physician, pharmacist and the patient's support system. Utilizes critical thinking and communication skills related to the home infusion care of the patient by providing safe and effective teaching to patients, family and caregivers to achieve independence of the infusion process in the home setting. Coordinates the home infusion process, related to antibiotics, injections and enteral therapies with home health agencies and case managers.
